Guest Policies

Check-In and Check-Out Times
Check-in time is 2:00 PM; however, if you need to
arrive earlier please contact us and we can make
special arrangements.Also, please advise us if you
will be arriving late, as guests who have not arrived
by 6:00 PM will be considered “no-shows”.
Check-out time is 11:00 AM

Cancellation Policy
A deposit equal to one night’s accommodation is
required with each booking. A 7-day cancellation
notice is required to receive a refund of this deposit.

Smoking and Pets Policy
For the comfort of our guests, Trickle Creek offers
a“Non-smoking” environment. However, covered
outdoor decks are available for those that do feel
the need to smoke. Please remember to use the
ashtrays provided!

At Trickle Creek, we want your stay to be memorable
and pleasant. If you have any special requests
or needs, including dietary requirements, please
inform our staff before your visit , so that we will be
able to accommodate them.

Arrival And Transportation
Pickup and drop off to and from airport, seaport,
or train stations are available upon request. As well, we offer concierge services, including vehicle rentals, restaurant reservations, theater tickets, and much more.

Guest Rooms
Trickle Creek has beautifully appointed guest rooms
with their own full closets, mini-fridges, and Queen-sized feather beds. Each bed has beautiful linens, eiderdown duvets and a sumptuous multitude of pillows for your comfort. Each room in the house has been tastefully decorated with designer accessories, and each room is updated in rotation, to keep the décor fresh. For your comfort and relaxation, delicately and naturally scented soaps, crafted by a local artisan at “Lady Moon Creations” await to pamper you. Larger take home bars of these soaps and other beauty products, beautifully wrapped,
are available for purchase as souveneir or gifts for
those back home.
